Forest Finance is the customer-facing accounting brand used by participating Forest Finance practices. Forest Franchise Limited manages the central website, brand standards, network marketing, lead generation/routing and network systems and standards. It is not automatically the provider of the accountancy services described on this site.

Individual practices operate through their own legal entities. Forest Finance Ltd is the original practice in the network and is not the universal contracting entity for every Forest Finance client.

Enquiries and your professional engagement

Using this website, submitting an enquiry or contacting us does not by itself create an accountant-client relationship with Forest Franchise Limited or any individual practice.

Central Office may route your enquiry to an appropriate Forest Finance practice based on territory, customer preference, service requirements, capability and capacity. If you proceed, your professional engagement is with the specific legal practice named in your proposal and engagement letter.

Before professional work begins, the relevant practice will confirm its legal identity, the accountant/principal responsible, the relevant professional body or authorisation where applicable, and the agreed services, responsibilities, fees and engagement terms. That practice is responsible for its professional judgement, work, invoicing, regulatory and AML obligations and professional indemnity arrangements.

Professional credentials and guide prices

Professional accountancy services are provided by appropriately qualified and authorised Forest Finance practices. Details of the practice and accountant responsible for your work will be provided before engagement.

Participating accountants may hold practising authorisation through different recognised professional bodies. Professional credentials belong to the named accountant or practice. Please refer to their profile and engagement documentation for the credentials relevant to your services.
