The environment is central to the Forest Finance identity, but its importance goes far beyond our brand.
We know that planting one tree is a small action—not a complete solution. By repeating that action as our client community grows, we can make a practical contribution towards restoring and protecting something we genuinely care about.

How we do it
Planting through MoreTrees.
Forest Finance works with MoreTrees to fund tree planting and record the contribution made through our client commitment.
Project supported: Canada Wildfire, Cariboo, British Columbia
Forest Finance has chosen to support the Canada Wildfire project in the Cariboo region of British Columbia.
Wildfires in 2017, 2018 and 2021 damaged forests and scorched the soil across more than 1.3 million hectares of land important to local wildlife and Indigenous communities.
The project supports reforestation intended to assist natural regeneration and help restore these forests, using a mixture of tree species suited to the region.
