Let’s talk
Tell us where you are now—and where you need support.
Complete the form and a member of the Forest Finance team will contact you to understand the business, the responsibilities involved and what you would like help with. You do not need to know which service or package is right, and there is no need to organise or transfer your accounting records before getting in touch.
Your enquiry
Tell us about you and the business.
What happens next?
A clear route from enquiry to an agreed service.
1. We review the enquiry
We’ll consider the business structure, requested services, location, timing and any concerns or deadlines you have identified.
2. We connect you with one of the team
The enquiry will be directed to one of the team with suitable availability and experience for the work described.
3. We arrange an introductory conversation
One of the team will contact you to understand the circumstances, answer initial questions and establish whether Forest Finance is appropriately placed to help.
4. We clarify the work
If further information is needed before recommending a service, we’ll explain what to provide and how to send it securely.
5. You receive a clear proposal
Where we can help, the proposal will explain the recommended services, responsibilities, scope limits and fee.
6. You decide whether to proceed
There is no obligation to accept the proposal. Work begins only after the necessary terms, authorisations and onboarding steps have been completed.
Understand the need. Agree the responsibilities. Then begin the work.
Already a Forest Finance client?
Contact the person who already knows your business.
Existing clients should contact their usual Forest Finance accountant directly for questions about ongoing work, records or upcoming deadlines.
Use the secure client systems provided to you when sharing accounting records, identity documents or other confidential information. The general enquiry form is intended for new service enquiries and should not be used to send sensitive client information.
If you are unable to reach your usual contact, use the main Forest Finance contact details and tell us that you are an existing client.
Your information
Share enough for us to understand the enquiry—not your full financial records.
The initial form asks for the information Forest Finance needs to review and route your enquiry. We’ll use it to understand the support requested and contact you about the next step.
Please do not include bank details, login information, identity documents, tax references or detailed accounting records within the form.
If documents or further information are needed, we’ll explain what to provide and direct you to an appropriate secure method.
Submitting an enquiry does not appoint Forest Finance as your accountant or authorise us to act. The relationship begins only after the required proposal, terms, checks and authorisations have been completed.
