Its registered office is C/O Forest Finance Vision Centre, 5 Eastern Way, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, United Kingdom, IP32 7AB. Forest Finance is the trading brand of participating practices. Essential storage

The site uses storage needed to operate forms, security and cookie preferences.

The first-party consent preference cookie is ffw_crm_tracking_consent; it is set for up to 180 days.

WordPress authentication cookies are used when authorised users sign in; these are not required for ordinary browsing.

Other necessary technical storage may be used to submit forms or protect the site, with duration determined by the relevant feature.

Analytics currently configured

Google Analytics 4 is connected through Google Site Kit.

The Google tag is held inactive until you opt in to Analytics. Analytics and advertising consent default to denied. A Marketing-only choice does not activate Google Analytics.

When you withdraw analytics consent, the website reloads with the Google tag blocked and removes recognised first-party analytics cookies where it can. Your essential consent preference is retained.

When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_97B3QE9BLM, normally for up to two years, subject to browser limits and your later choices.

Marketing and other tools

Google Ads and Meta Ads are planned; LinkedIn Ads may be used for appropriate future campaigns. These campaigns are not described as currently running. Microsoft Clarity was not detected in the public-page script review on 30 September 2026.

The public-page script review did not detect active Meta, LinkedIn or Microsoft Clarity tags. This describes the website review, not campaign status within advertising accounts.

Any optional tracking should be added to the relevant consent category and the cookie inventory updated after activation and testing.

We will update this notice when any of these tools is enabled and its cookies have been checked. The current review checked public HTML, script activation and saved consent choices; it is not a complete network or storage audit of every third-party service.
